RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms apply to all equipment rented from us, including e-bikes, SUP boards, snowshoes, snowshoe packages, ice skates, and other outdoor gear. By renting, you accept these terms – please read carefully.

1. Use of Equipment and Responsibility

  • The renter agrees to use the equipment carefully and only for its intended purpose.

  • Equipment may not be lent or transferred to a third party without the rental company's permission.

  • The renter is responsible for the equipment throughout the rental period, including during transport and storage.

  • The renter agrees to lock or store the equipment securely.

  • The renter is liable for any damage, loss, or misuse and must cover associated costs.

2. Safety

  • The renter is responsible for using the equipment safely according to their skills and conditions.

  • E-bikes and other vehicles must be used in compliance with traffic rules.

  • The renter must wear a helmet and other protective equipment at all times.

3. Condition and Return of Equipment

  • Equipment is provided checked and ready for use.

  • The renter must inspect the equipment upon pick-up and report any defects before use.

  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received at the agreed time.

  • Late returns will incur additional charges according to the current price list.

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • Reservations can be canceled free of charge at least 24 hours before the rental start time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged the full rental fee.

5. Weather Conditions

  • The rental company is not responsible for weather conditions and does not refund rental fees due to weather changes.

6. Lost or Damaged Equipment

  • Compensation for lost or damaged equipment will be based on the replacement cost or repair costs.

  • The renter is responsible for locking the bike, keeping it in good condition, and any damage, missing parts, or accessories.

7. Transportation Service

  • If the rental includes equipment delivery, the delivery time and location will be agreed upon in advance.

  • The renter is responsible for the equipment from the moment it is delivered to the agreed location, even if they are not present.

  • Delays or obstacles in transportation will be handled collaboratively, but the rental company is not responsible for circumstances beyond control (e.g., traffic or weather).

8. Insurance

  • Equipment rental does not include personal insurance for the renter. Travel insurance covering rented equipment is recommended.

9. Rental Company Rights

  • The rental company may cancel a reservation or refuse equipment if conditions, the renter's fitness, or behavior warrant it.

  • The rental company may change terms or prices without prior notice. Current terms are available on our website.
