BOOKING AND PAYMENT
You can rent equipment directly at our shop or book in advance online.
Online bookings must be made at least one day in advance – for same-day bookings, please visit us in person.
Online bookings are paid in advance (excluding exercise benefits, which are paid at the shop).
In-store rentals can be paid by card, cash, or exercise benefit apps (e.g. Smartum, ePassi).
RENTAL PERIOD
Rental periods for bikes start from two hours and can extend to multiple days.
SUP boards are available for rent from three hours up to weekly rentals!
PICK-UP AND RETURN
Equipment should be picked up and returned at our shop LUOSTO SAFARIS, Luostontie 4B.
Please note that electric bikes must be returned fully charged for daily rentals!
An additional fee will be charged if the agreed rental period is not adhered to.
RENTAL TERMS
The rental period begins when the equipment is picked up and ends at the agreed return time.
The renter must be at least 18 years old. Renters under 18 may rent equipment only with parental consent and supervision.
The renter is responsible for the equipment throughout the rental period. Costs for any damage or loss will be charged to the renter. We recommend taking out personal accident insurance.
The equipment is checked and cleaned before rental. The renter agrees to use the equipment safely and comply with traffic rules as well as any special regulations of the area.
The equipment must be returned within the agreed timeframe, as the next reservation may begin shortly, and the equipment must be serviced beforehand.
Rentals can be canceled up to 24 hours before the booked time without additional charges. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee.
We offer a transportation service for the equipment. Transport is available for an additional fee and can be arranged separately.
The rental includes all necessary safety equipment, which the renter is obligated to use throughout the rental period.
