1. Purpose of the Service
   Through the Service, customers can book and pay for equipment rentals as well as explore the provider's offerings, prices, and terms. Use of the Service is free, but bookings are subject to payment.

2. Booking and Payment
   A booking is binding once the customer has paid the rental fee or confirmed it by the selected payment method.
   Prices shown include VAT.
   The Service uses a secure payment connection. The payment service provider is Stripe.
   The customer will receive a booking confirmation via email.

3. Cancellations and Changes
   Cancellation terms are defined in the booking terms accepted by the customer at the time of booking.
   The service provider reserves the right to cancel a booking due to force majeure. In such cases, the paid rental fee will be refunded to the customer.

4. Customer Responsibilities
   The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
   The customer agrees to comply with the booking terms, rental terms, and these terms of use.
   The customer must not use the Service unlawfully or against good practice (e.g., providing false information, automatic data collection, etc.).

5. Service Provider's Liability
   The service provider is not liable for damages resulting from technical faults, user errors, or force majeure events.
   The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website but will strive to fix issues promptly.

6. Personal Data and Privacy
   Personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
   Data is used for processing bookings, managing customer relations, and improving the Service.
   Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without customer consent unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
   All content on the website, such as images, texts, and graphics, is the property of the service provider or its partners. Copying, saving, or commercial use of content is prohibited without written permission.

8. Changes to the Terms of Use
   The service provider reserves the right to amend these terms. The user is bound by the terms in effect at any given time. Changes will be announced on the website.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
   These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled in the Lapland District Court.
