RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
You can rent equipment directly at our shop or book in advance online. Online reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance – later bookings can be done directly at the shop.
Online reservations are paid in advance (except for sports benefit vouchers, which are paid at the shop). Reservations made at the shop can be paid by card, cash, or with a sports benefit voucher via a mobile app.
RENTAL TIME
Rental periods for bikes start from 2 hours and can extend to several days. SUP boards can be rented from 3 hours up to a full week!
PICK-UP AND RETURN
Equipment is picked up and returned at our shop, LUOSTO SAFARIS, Luostontie 4B. Please note that e-bikes must be returned fully charged for daily rentals.
An additional fee will be charged if the agreed rental period is not respected.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rental period starts when the equipment is picked up and ends at the agreed return time.
- The renter is responsible for the use of the equipment throughout the rental period. Any damage or loss of the equipment will be charged to the renter. We recommend having personal accident insurance.
- The equipment has been inspected and cleaned before rental. The renter agrees to use the equipment safely and follow traffic rules as well as any specific local regulations.
- Equipment must be returned within the agreed time, as the next reservation may be scheduled and the equipment needs to be serviced beforehand.
- Rentals can be canceled up to 24 hours before the reserved time without additional charges. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation will be charged.
- We offer a transport service for the equipment. This service is subject to an additional fee and must be arranged separately.
- The rental includes all necessary safety equipment, which the renter is obliged to use for the entire rental period.
The renter must be at least 18 years old. Minors under 18 may only rent equipment with parental consent and supervision.
